Tori Spelling is looking for a way out of her marriage, a new report claims, all but echoing speculation that's been mounting for weeks.
The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star "wants a divorce" from Dean McDermott, "but she feels trapped right now," a source told Us Weekly.

Although the couple's marriage has been rocky for a while — something Tori has confirmed — the relationship hit another snag after the duo recently had a fight. After that, Dean reportedly "went missing for two days," the report claims. Naturally, that sparked another fight.
When Dean returned after being MIA, he supposedly told the actress he planned to sue her for alimony and child support. Tori, though, reminded him they have a prenuptial agreement, which would keep her money in her pocket should they split.
But, during all this, Tori learned that her husband of 15 years could still sue her for child support if they split, and "she went ballistic."
"Money is an issue and it's always been an issue," the source maintained.
On Oct. 18, the "Messyness" host was photographed outside an attorney's office in Los Angeles carrying a notepad. Zoomed in photos showed the words "custody," "support" and "assets" written on the paper, which all but detailed what was on the agenda with the lawyer. Paparazzi images published by Page Six also showed Tori having an animated conversation on her cell phone. The report described Tori as "angrily shouting" into the phone.
Tori is "miserable" in her marriage, the Us Weekly source said, but she stays "for the kids."

Recently Tori and Dean took their five children — Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 9, Finn, 9, and Beau, 4 — to Disneyland. The kids "have no idea what's going on," the insider claimed. Neither Tori nor Dean wore their wedding bands during the family outing.
On a recent episode of the "Feminine Warrior" podcast, Dean spoke of the missing rings and, to an extent, the split speculation.
"It's just like, 'OK, if that's what you want to think, then think it,'" he said, adding that the media makes it sound like they're divorced "because they got a picture of Tori without her ring at the farmers market."
In explaining why Tori was seen without her ring at the time, he insisted, "She took it off because she washed her hands and forgot to put it back on."
That, of course, didn't explain why his ring had been missing for some time. Dean, though, claimed he lost his band and decided not to replace it because "everybody's in a titter" over its absence. "So I'm like, 'Forget it, I'm not going to replace it. Just let them think it,'" he said.
