As his ex celebrates her engagement and her new "forever," Scott Disick is staying forever young.
The former "Flip It Like Disick" star was spotted out in West Hollywood on Thursday night, and paparazzi photos showed him getting flirtatious with 23-year-old Instagram model Elizabeth Grace Lindley.

According to DailyMail.com, the duo hung out into the early morning hours of Oct. 22, and they "left together in a chauffeured car."
Elizabeth donned a black minidress and matching knee-high boots for the occasion.
Over the years, Scott, 38, has shown that age isn't an issue when it comes to his love life. Since his years-long romance with Kourtney Kardashian ended, Scott has been linked to actress Bella Thorne, 24, and model Bella Banos, 25. He also dated 23-year-old Sofia Richie for nearly three years. His yearlong relationship with 20-year-old Amelia Gray Hamlin ended last month after he sent an ill-advised message to one of Kourtney's former lovers.
The evening sighting comes just days after Kourtney, with whom Scott shares three children, got engaged to blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
"Forever," the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star captioned a photo of the Oct. 17 proposal.
On Oct. 20, Kourtney shared more intimate images from the oceanside engagement.
After the proposal, a report claimed Scott hasn't been handling the news well.
"Scott is going crazy" about Kourtney's engagement, a source told Page Six. "He's going to go off the deep end. It's really bad. It's about to get dark."
A source told People magazine that Scott never expected Kourtney and Travis to go the distance.
"Scott hasn't really wanted to deal with Travis and Kourtney because he didn't feel like he'd have to," the insider explained. "At first, it seemed like it was just a casual relationship to him, nothing serious. So he pretty much put that on mute … thinking that eventually, they'd break up."
The source claims Scott is "being forced to deal" with the reality that Kourtney wants a future with the drummer, "which is uncomfortable" for Scott.
"If he's going to co-parent with Kourtney, which he has been, he has to process this and make his peace with it," said the source, adding that Scott is "distancing himself from the family" while taking "time to process this and deal with it on his own, without them."
